The lows are muddy, the treble is harsh, (mids are ok), and the distortion is too much. The sound quality is where this pedal really suffers.
One thing I actually enjoyed was the mixer-out that gives you a line-level signal complete with cab emulation. It doesn't take much fiddling to get the best out of it. It is quite easy to use though, no stacked dials like on the MT-2. There are probably worse distortion pedals out there, (like the DOD), but this is the worst I have ever tried.
